Project Overview:

This project comprises of 51 Villas consist of Type A – Duplex, Type A – Single and Type B. Clubhouse consist of Elevated Outdoor Tennis Court, Gymnasium, Industrial Kitchen, Pool and Outdoor Jacuzzi.

MEP Scope of Work:

The scope of works MEP include Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of A/C system, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Protection Systems, Electrical and ELV systems, including MEP external works.
