Project Overview:

Qatar Foundation off-site warehouse was envisioned to support the warehousing requirements of the Sidra Medical and Research Center and Qatar Foundation facilities is located at salwa industrial, Doha city.

Project Main Components:

• Medical Warehouse – This supports the Sidra Medical Research Center. The warehouse area is 28,655 square meter facility with fully automated sorter system.
• General Warehouse – This supports the Qatar Foundation warehousing requirements. The warehouse area is 14,398 square meter facility.
• Common Facilities – This facility houses the common services and support both medical and general warehouses. The common facilities are 5,900 square meter.

MEP Scope of Work:

The scope of work of MEP comprises of engineering design of MEP services, includes design review, installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC (8 nos. Air Cooled Chillers with total cooling load 3000 TR), Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, LPG system, Fuel Oil distribution, BMS, Electrical and high end sophisticated ELV systems.
