Project Overview:

Chiller Plant is located Basement Floor of Al Gassar Resort and St. Regis Hotel providing chilled water from a cooling plant through a network of pipes to residential towers and St. Regis Hotel.

MEP Scope of Work:

Supply and Install, testing and commissioning of all required MEP services of facilities. The chiller plant is generating chilled water using 5 numbers centrifugal chillers of total 11,000 TR cooling capacities, 8,800 TR duty, 2,200 TR standby, including 5 cells cooling towers located on roof of St. Regis Hotel. Chiller control panel integrated into SCADA/PLC system through Madbus communication protocol.
