This project is a Residential compound consisting of 18 Villas, Swimming Pool, Two Wooden Pavilions, Secondary Buildings (Pump Room, Plant Room, Electrical Sub-Station and Guard House), Eighteen Covered Garages, Fences and Boundary walls.

MEP Scope of Work:

The scope of works MEP include Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of A/C system, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Protection Systems, Electrical and ELV systems, including MEP external works.
